Finishing The Big Step

By Ryquiel Maldonado

My high school career is almost over and it has been a tough and long experience.

I have had many struggles to go through and I have demolished them all.

I have had many different experiences that I was able to have while in high school and they were all very enjoyable. I played in the pit orchestra my junior year and I was the soloist in this year’s musical. I got to meet some of the amazing people in the musical and not just in the pit.

To me, high school is a big step in your life. Once you graduate you will be getting ready to face the challenges that empower you. Once you have your high school diploma you will be ready to go to college and start your job while preparing yourself for the unexpected things to come.

After all of this hard work it is finally time to say goodbye to WRHS and face the challenges in life after high school. And it is finally time to go to college and start my career in the job that I want to do. The job that I want to do is become a gunsmith and fix my guns and others’ as well; it is something that I enjoy doing. With all of the struggles that I went through and all of the things I have learned, it is time to start my career.
