Top 20 senior Joey Vigil has participated in many activities here at Wheat Ridge, from Cross Country, Philosophy Club, National Honors Society, and the fall play to also being the editor and chief here on the Haystack.
While involved with all these school clubs you would think your time would be completely dissolved but, for Vigil when he is not busy with these activities he spends his time eating ice cream and donuts while exploring all Denver has to offer.
Vigil has been influenced by philosophers Rene Descartes and Cartesian Dualism; their philosophies have helped put the world into perspective for him. Other than philosophers there has been a plethora of teachers who have influenced him as well.
This summer Vigil plans on indulging his ice-cream and donut addiction as well has catching up on all that Netflix has to offer. When not doing these things he will be a lifeguard for Colorado Storm to raise money for more donuts and ice-cream of course.
After the summer ends Vigil plans on attending Brandies University in Boston to study either English, economics, or journalism. Vigil will miss all of the people he has met during his high school days. Except Efren.
